Automatic Feedback System for X-ray Flux at BL08U1A Soft X-ray Spectromicroscopy Beamline of Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility

چکیده
An online automatic feedback system has been successfully installed and commissioned at the BL08U1A Soft X-ray Spectromicroscopy Beamline of Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility, which can monitor incident beam in real time by measuring blade-edge signals exit slit automatically adjust elliptical cylindrical mirror parameters to achieve calibration maintain optimal flux sample. This work provides a comprehensive description hardware composition, implementation, logic, function software design, optimization commission, as well experimental results supported system. The demonstrated that is capable effectively maintaining for absorption spectroscopy experiments. Its success provide valuable technique assistance construction similar systems various beamlines synchrotron sources future.
